השראה של חב"ד עשירות  ריקודים והתחדשות ( תירגום google מאנגלית) היי מאחל לך גוט שבת. שבתא טבא.  הדלקת נרות 18 באוקטובר ניו יורק מטרו 17:51 עשירות ריקודים והתחדשות אפשר לומר שהחג היהודי הכי שמח בלוח השנה הוא שמחת תורה. אפילו בתקופות המסוכנות של רוסיה הקומוניסטית, כאשר יהודים פחדו לנפשם לחגוג בפומבי את יהדותם, בכל זאת יהודים בכל הגילאים יצאו לרחובות בשמחת תורה כדי להצטרף בגאווה לחגיגה היהודית הציבורית וריקודי שמחת תורה. גם אלה שנראו כל השנה שמסתירים את יהדותם, היו מקפידים להשתתף בחגיגות ריקודי שמחת תורה. והרבה  עם כוסית קטנה של יין ביד. הניצוץ היהודית התגלה לפתע ובלהט, פורח לפרח יפהפה. ואומר בגאווה ״לחיים אני יהודי״. התחברות לדורות של יהודים לאורך ההיסטוריה אשר ציפו בשקיקה לשמחת תורה. התעלות לרמה גבוהה יותר ועשירה יותר של החיים. העם היהודי מפורסם כעם הספר. עם חכם ונבון. התורה היא היהלום שלנו והיא מלאה חכמה. האם לא היה ראוי יותר לחגוג את שמחת תורה עם לימוד דבר תורה עמוק, להבין קצת פניני חכמת התורה. אולם המסורת היהודית בכל הקהילות היהודיות...

It happened at the Brooklyn Jewish Hospital, late Shabbat afternoon 1964. As we honor the Rebbe’s mother, it is appropriate to dedicate some thoughts to our Mother of Royalty. Rebbetzin Chana was born 28 Tevet 1880 to her parents Rabbi Meir Shlomo Halevi and Rebbetzin Rochel Yanovsky. Her father was Chief Rabbi of Nikolayev Ukraine, relatively   not far from the port city of Odessa. Rebbetzin Chana was a leader. During World War One thousands of Jewish refugees flooded the city of Yakatrinislav where her illustrious husband Rabbi Levi Yitschok Schneerson was Chief Rabbi.
