Triumph Health & Diamonds
3300 years of Jewish heritage and history produced unparalleled wisdom and creativity. The Jew is the world expert of surviving and thriving. Resilience and renaissance. Transforming pain and challenge into pleasure and success
Tuesday the 2nd day of new Jewish month of Iyar, is the birthday of the fourth Chabad leader. Rabbi Shmuel of Lubavitch. Born in 1834 in the town of Lubavitch in White Russia. Known as the Rebbe MaHarash
The Rebbe MaHarash would say in Yiddish: “The world says if you can’t go from under, then go over. But I say ‘L’chatchilo Ariber’ from the beginning, go over”. When facing an obstacle or challenge take the high road. Go up-and-over. Don’t allow it to stop you. Don’t crawl your way thru it. Go right over it !
3 messages of the Rebbe:
1) Obstacles and challenges are a springboard. When traveling on a path and you encounter a boulder, it is your choice to either allow the boulder to stop your journey, or to climb the boulder and propel yourself to new heights and success. Boulders and challenges are springboard opportunities for growth and life. Even in the face of loss and tragedy. We transform pain into positive energy, for a brighter successful future. That’s the Jewish response. We don’t give up. We don’t surrender. We proudly march foreword with greater energy and enthusiasm
2) The new month “Iyar” is an acronym of “Ani Hashem Rof’echoh” I Am G-d your healer. There are two types of healing. A) Cure the illness. B) Prevent the illness. Prevention is superior. This month we have a special power to cure and heal from all forms of illness, physical and spiritual. Harmonizing body and soul for optimal health. G-d who is infinite is your personal healer, consequently your potential is infinite. Prevention includes educating the young generation that there is an “eye that sees and an ear that hears”. The United States Of America proudly declares on the doller-bill “In G-d We Trust”. This education will help prevent crime because the child is inculcated and educated that moral values and life are sacred. Given by G-d. “Do not murder” is not negotiable. Early proper education equals prevention. A healthy person
3) Between Passover and Shavuot we count the O’mer. A 49 day character refinement process. The Hebrew word commanding counting “Usfartem” has the inner meaning of shining and polishing. Let your soul shine. Sparkle. Every Jewish soul is a diamond. Sometimes dirt and dust may cover it’s beauty. We need only brush away the “dirt” and reveal the diamond. The superficial facade is not the real you. Even sin and past mistakes are not the real you. When you do even a single Mitzvah, even if you may seem inconsistent, you are not a hypocrite. You are being truthful to your Divine soul. That’s the real you. Look around and see the diamond within every Jew. Not the “dirt” covering their true identity. If we see “dirt” in someone else, it may be a mirror, reflecting our own “dirt”. Polish your diamond. Let the world see your soul shining. Help tip the global scale to bring about a world of peace, a world of Moshiach. You have the power to illuminate your surroundings with your diamond’s radiance and beauty
