You are important for the whole world. Without you the entire Jewish people are incomplete. Like a Torah scroll which is Kosher only when every letter is complete. If one letter is missing the entire Torah is not Kosher. We all need you.
Jews are one family. The largest family in the world. We are all one. When we help another we are helping ourselves. Our personal letter in the Torah shines brightly when we help another shine their letter.
The Fifth day of Tevet -Thursday- Is the anniversary celebration of the victory for the return of the Chabad Lubavitch books. The Jewish people are the “people of the book”. It is the study of 3300 years of Jewish wisdom of Torah teachings which inspire us and guide us for a life of success and happiness.
Chabad Chassidus teaches that the mind is compared to a log of wood and the heart is compared to twigs. The twigs catch fire quickly but are consumed quickly. Logs require more time to catch fire but once they catch fire they burn for a long time. Bringing light and warmth.
Chabad teachings empower us to not only have our “emotions on fire” but perhaps more importantly to have our “mind on fire” which automatically inspires our heart. Lasting pleasure and happiness is achieved when our life is rich with meaning substance and purpose.
Enjoy your life. Allow your mind “log” to be inspired and catch fire with the flame of Chabad Torah teachings and you will enjoy and feel continuous happy energy. You experience a special joy when a void and vacuum is filled with gems of Jewish wisdom and inspiration.
3 messages based on the teachings of the Rebbe:
1) King Solomon says in proverbs “Know Him in all your ways and He will direct your paths”. We are privileged to choose to invite G-d into every part of our personal life. This gives G-d the pleasure he desired when he created the world which is His royal garden. Every deed of your goodness and kindness is a new beautiful eternal planting which you will see in the time of Moshiach.
2) Inspire the world. Share with all of humanity that every human being regardless of color is created in the image of G-d. Without purpose and meaning a human being lives in a vacuum which can breed crime and violence. Moses brought down from Mount Sinai Seven Noahide laws. These seven commandments provide a meaningful happy life for every human being and transform darkness into light. Sadness into happiness.
3) We must do everything we can to protect our physical safety. Including security guards when needed. But first we must recognize that everything comes from G-d and when we connect with our loving Father in Heaven we receive His blessings. Then our security efforts succeed. The world was created “incomplete” so we can fix it and complete the last touches of creation. Your birth proves that G-d loves you and needs you and is relying on you. Maximize your infinite potential which the creator gifted you.
