Hi
Wishing you Gut Shabbos
Candle Lighting NY Metro May 8 the 14th of Iyar 7:39pm
When the world was created it says: G-D spoke and said let there be light ! Does the creator have a mouth with which he speaks?
In an 1808 manuscript Rabbi Schneur Zalman the founder of Chabad explains:
Words of speech are vessels and containers which contain and reveal a persons pre-existing thoughts. Speech is a mechanism of revealing what was previously hidden.
Words contain the energy of your mind. Words reveal your inner self.
Because of this, the Torah uses the metaphor of speech. When the creator revealed his inner energies with which he created the world, it is analogous to human speech which reveals pre-existing thoughts and hidden energy.
Following this line of thought, it becomes obvious: Everything we see in the entire world and every detail in our personal life, is merely a disguised expression of the creators energy.
This gives us great pleasure, comfort and inspiration. To know that our loving father in heaven is with us in every detail of our life.
We are never alone!
Moshiach is the revelation of this Divine energy. When Moshiach comes we will merit to see with our physical eyes the creator's glory and energy. We will be reunited in a revealed way with our loving Father and Creator.
Your good deed can be the final Mitzvah to tip the scale.
You can be the one to reveal this divine energy which will bring healing and rid the world of all sickness and negativity.
You can be the one to bring the entire world the gift of eternal joy and happiness, peace and tranquility, prosperity and the pleasures of knowing and tasting the wisdom of the creator.
The Rebbe tells us that this great day is imminently about to happen. Your Mitzvah can be the lucky winner and bring the world what we need most: Moshiach Now!
3 messages based on the teachings of the Rebbe:
1) The reason why we have a second Passover 30 days after the first Passover is because the Jews who could not participate in the Passover ceremony cried and begged:
Why should we be left out?
G-D gave them a second chance. When the creator sees that we sincerely want to correct our past, we are empowered to do so. It is never too late.
You can always fix your past mistakes. The creator loves you and He will always respond to your heartfelt cry.
2) In Judaism the word for loving G-D is V'ohavta. The root meaning of this is: O'voh - Wanting. To want to connect. The soul is craving to connect. When we sincerely want to connect to the creator and to a friend, that is when we experience love in a meaningful soulful way.
3) The Torah commands us to count 49 days between Passover and the holiday of Shavuot when we receive the 10 Commandments and the Torah.
When we polish our soul and allow it to shine brightly, by transforming our seven emotions as they are interconnected with each other equaling 49 aspects of our personality and character, then we are ready to embrace G-D.
3) You are the beloved child of G-D. Upon birth a parent loves their child's existence without expecting anything in return. You are always loved and cherished by Hashem unconditionally.
