Compassion Relationships & Rejuvenation
Hi
Wishing you Gut Shabbos
Candle Lighting August August 21 - 1 Elul NY Metro 7:23pm
You are loved unconditionally!
Once a year, for 30 days, the king leaves his palace and travels to the fields and countryside.
The king‘s face is then glowing with love and compassion. Everybody can then approach the king and ask and receive all their wishes. The king has mercy and grants all the requests.
For 30 days before Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, G-d makes himself personally and privately available to everybody. You don’t need a “Visitors Pass” to approach as you may need when the king returns to his palace.
There are “13 attributes of mercy“ with which G-d chooses to reveal his compassion and to have mercy on us. During these 30 days before the High Holydays these “13 attributes of mercy“ shine in a revealed way.
When an employer pays the hardworking employee, it is not mercy. It is justice. Mercy is to give even when the receiver may not be deserving.
The founder of Chabad, Rabbi Schneur Zalman of Liadi reveals to us the above secret story of “The King In The Field”. The Rebbe emphasizes that we each have the power and obligation to utilize this 30 day opportunity to it’s fullest.
May we be blessed and motivated to greet the “King in the field” dressed in our “field” “clothing”. It is easier, smarter and wiser to secure a happy healthy year now, even before the "Days of Awe” begin on Rosh Hashanah.
The customary 30 days of Shofar blowing during the month of Elul, helps us remember who we are: You are the beloved child of the creator. Look at yourself like G-d lovingly sees you.
Be inspired to maximize your potential. You are a reflection of G-d on earth. Celebrate your true authentic inner beauty. There is nobody like you in all of history. You and your soul are a unique gift. Open the gift wrapping and unleash your soul power. You will enjoy your life celebration and journey.
With your additional deeds of goodness and kindness you can bring Moshiach and bring peace, faith and healing to the entire world.
3 messages based on the teachings of the Rebbe:
1) Your true identity is your soul. Reveal your hidden beautiful qualities. Past mistakes serve as springboards to a new and better reality. “Life” is to continuously grow. Never stagnate. Now is your chance to happily celebrate your newly revealed soul power with action and joy.
2) Before Rosh Hashanah you have an opportune time to examine your past in order to relaunch your future. Every Mitzvah and good deed you do, is an eternal Divine connection and plants a flower of joy and light in our world. “Open Your Eyes” and you will see a beautiful Divine Garden filled with your gorgeous plantings.
3) Every breath a person takes is a miracle of life. Breathing unites body and soul. Life is a most precious gift. Begin your day with the prayer of “Modeh Ani” expressing your gratitude to the creator. Fill your time with deeds of Divine purpose and you will have a happy meaningful life.
