Hi

Wishing You Gut Shabbos. Shabbat Shalom!

Candle Lighting Metro New York May 7 - 25  Iyar 7:37pm

The art of maximizing life: Many philosophers and civilizations offered their thoughts and ideas. But they were all proven wrong. They are long gone and their ideas failed.

The Torah is the "Blueprint of Life". When the world was created the "Master Architect and Builder" told us the secret of life.

"Six days a week you shall work and the Seventh day is Sabbath to G-d".

When we maximize our potential and effort during the six days of the week and the 7th we dedicate to a higher existence, with G-d and family. When we recognize that life is a gift from our loving Father In Heaven and conduct ourselves accordingly, then we live a happy meaningful life.

Some think that Shabbos is a religious burden. Filled with prohibitions and obligations. Yet today perhaps more then ever, the world sees that a life of pursuing only money and social media acceptance is a life empty of joy and meaning.

We are a harmonious creation of body and soul. Only when we feed the needs of both body and soul are we content.

The greatest art is harmonizing body and soul. Discovering soul even when we are busy with body and the mundane. Discovering that the body is really a holy vehicle which houses our soul.

Liberty and freedom includes living free from all of societies pressures. Rising higher. Reaching the great heights of spirituality, unlimited existence. Merging body and soul, heaven on earth.

In one word: Moshiach!

A lifestyle free of all the worries, filled with all the happy blessings, enjoying the pleasures of every moment,  experiencing the infinite Divine wisdom with our mind heart and soul. A Moshiach life!

May you be blessed with all the joys and pleasures of the highest order, inspired with the love and beauty of the "Eternal Tree of Life".

3 Messages based on the teachings of the Rebbe:

1) The key to feeling happy, living life to its maximum potential and enjoying our accomplishments, is by first recognizing that the purpose of our existence is exclusively to serve our loving Father in Heaven. As long as you're doing your personal best then G-d is proud and happy from your efforts and achievements. You are priceless. The infinite Creator is investing in you!

2) in order to love your fellow Jew like "yourself" you must truly love yourself in the most purest of terms. This is achieved when you recognize that your true inner self is a holy soul which is a part of G-d. When you love your soul you will love the pleasure of loving your fellow Jew. Because at the core, you and your fellow Jew and G-d are all united as One! You are a gift to the world!

3) Life requires growth. Education is something that every living human being needs to experience on an ongoing basis. Maximizing the opportunity of educating ourselves and not remaining stagnant. The more Torah we study, the more sweet and enjoyable our quality of life becomes. You were hand picked and chosen to be given this free gift! G-d believes in you!
