Rejuvenation Time & Renewal

Aging is normal. Everything becomes older with the passage of time. Today there are multi-billion dollar industries who promise the customer to help reverse the effects of time.

The founder of Chabad, Rabbi Schneur Zalman, writes in his Lekutei Torah - Nitzavim 46- an inspirational and motivating concept. Rosh Hashanah is much more then just a new year on the calendar. Rosh Hashanah ushers in a qualitatively new era of time with a qualitatively higher light and power.

This new time, light, power and potential, has never been revealed before. You are elevated on Rosh Hashanah to a new and qualitatively higher level of light, time and energy.

This includes a new and qualitatively higher energy within yourself. You can now discover greater power and light within yourself. A new you. Your old self is no longer inhibiting you. Now you have a new you, a new beginning with a new era of qualitative new time. You are given new powers and new capabilities.

Every day of the new year is a branch with a new specific energy which flows the qualitatively new energy of Rosh Hashanah. Therefore we renew and strengthen our faith on a daily basis. We discover new depth daily.  Every day of life has it’s unique purpose. We never stagnate. We always grow. With enthusiasm, with joy and with a positive optimistic view.

The true reward of a loving relationship is the pleasure of the relationship itself. The Shofar echos the cry of the soul of the Jewish people who yearn to peel away our external layers and facade and to hug and embrace our loving Heavenly Father. We, the prince and princess, happily proclaim in our prayers: Our Father Our King We Want Nobody But You!

On Rosh Hashanah G-d is waiting for your sincere and loving hug and embrace. You and your prayers have the power to awaken His love and desire to always be with His children in a revealed way. A united Jewish people, one family living in universal peace in our Holy Land, in the beautiful, majestic and royal city of Jerusalem.

This Rosh Hashanah give our loving Father in Heaven a hug! He loves you!

3 messages based on the teachings of the Rebbe:

1) When you show G-d that your love and commitment to Him is not limited by the letter of the law, He reciprocates and grants you your wishes and your requests even if they are not deserving by the letter of the law. Do a little extra for G-d and He will grant you unlimited blessings and happiness.

2) Avinu Malkeinu. Like all children, we want a happy relationship with our Heavenly Father. We don’t want help from strangers. Every Mitzvah you do becomes His eternal pleasure and “toy”.  As the prophet Yirmiyahu says: Ephraim - The Jewish people- is my son who is dear to me. He is the child who i play with. For whenever I speak of him, I remember him more. Therefore, my innards yearn for him, I will have compassion on him”.

3) You are endowed with the power of wonders. You can fill your life with wondrous accomplishments. Never underestimate your value. You are the infinite treasure of G-d. Look at your self with the love which G-d loves you and you will discover your infinite potential. Be kind to your fellow Jew and G-d will reward you with infinite kindness for a happy long life.

Wishing you a Happy and healthy sweet year!

May you be inscribed and sealed in the book of life!
