Encouragement Afterlife & Nutrition
We all want to feel safe and secure. The warm feeling and serenity of knowing that we are always protected, safe and secure. No need to worry.
The Alter Rebbe explains in Torah Or - Vayero- that everything that happens in the world is revealed and known to G-d. He feels and knows everything that happens to us in our life. Everything is by Divine Personal Providence. “A person can’t lift a finger without the Providence of Heaven”.
G-d created Angels who deliver reward and punishment. Like the angels Michael and Gabriel. The angels serve as the defense and the prosecution. Eeach time a person does a good deed, the person creates a good angel who advocates for the person. Our actions matter. Each action we take, creates a new angel. It is in our hands to choose the type of angel we want to create.
You have the power to create as many good angels as you wish. Every letter of every word of your prayers, every chapter of Psalms you recite, every penny you give to charity, every good deed you do, every deed of goodness and kindness, creates new angels who advocate for you. Selfishness and narcissism vs. kindness and selflessness. Every good effort is rewarded. Your future and paradise is in your hands.
The Jewish people are G-d’s chosen people. He loves you and He feels your emotions. You have unlimited powers endowed to you by our loving Father in Heaven. Tap into your infinite potential, your sweet fountain of heart and soul and you will enjoy a life of meaning and purpose. Every Mitzvah counts. One Mitzvah can heal the entire world.
Celebrate your gifts and your abilities with happiness. You are special, beautiful and loved. You are G-d’s beloved child!
3 messages based on the teachings of the Rebbe:
1) A student asked the Rebbe: Since G-d is infinite, why does He need us to perform His commandments? The Rebbe responded: A mother can convince a child to eat a bowl of cereal by saying: This spoon is for your father, this spoon is for your grandmother, this spoon is for your aunt and this spoon is for your uncle. When you finish the bowl, who benefits from the nutrition? You do! G-d asks us to do the Mitzvah for Him, but in reality you are helping yourself! It is for your own good and benefit!
2) A student asked the Rebbe about the Afterlife. The Rebbe responded: I would not call it “afterlife” I would call it “continuation of life”. The Torah says a person lives for 70 years, 80 years and 120 years. Then the body is interred in the ground but the soul continues to live and goes on to 121 years, 122 years and 123 years etc.
3) In an article which stated “Divine Providence” the Rebbe edited it and wrote “Divine Personal Providence”. Be happy, you are always being accompanied by G-d Himself. You are truly never alone. Whenever you want you can pray and talk to G-d who is always personally with you. Never give up and never despair. G-d feels your pain and celebrates with you in your joys and in your celebrations.

אלוקים ברא מלאכים המספקים שכר ועונש. כמו המלאכים מיכאל וגבריאל. המלאכים הם גם הסניגור והקטיגור. בכל פעם שאדם עושה מעשה טוב, האדם יוצר מלאך טוב הדוגל לטובת האדם. המעשים שלנו חשובים. כל פעולה שאנו עושים, יוצרת מלאך חדש. בידינו לבחור את סוג המלאך שברצוננו ליצור.
יש לך את הכוח ליצור כמה מלאכים טובים שאתה רוצה. כל אות מכל מילה בתפילתך, כל פרק תהילים שאתה קורא, כל פרוטה לצדקה, כל מעשה טוב וחסד יוצר מלאכים חדשים הדוגלים עבורך. אנוכיות ונרקיסיזם מול טוב וחסד וחוסר אנוכיות. כל מאמץ טוב מתוגמל. העתיד שלך וגן העדן בידיים שלך.
העם היהודי הוא העם הנבחר של אלוקים. הוא אוהב אותך והוא מרגיש את הרגשות שלך. יש לך כוחות בלתי מוגבלים שניחן בך על ידי אבינו האוהב שבשמיים. נצל את הפוטנציאל האינסופי שלך, את באר המים המתוקים של לבך ונשמתך, ותיהנה מחיי משמעות ומטרה. כל מצווה חשובה. מצווה אחת יכולה לרפא את כל העולם ולהביא שלום לעולם.
