Rejuvenation Enthusiasm & Rosh Hashanah

Ocean view real estate and youth restoring cosmetics are popular and in high demand. Watching sunrise or sunset at the ocean is one of the most majestic views which travelers and vacationers photograph and enjoy. Israeli made cosmetic products which help restore a youthful look are popular around the world. Rosh Hashanah offers us both products for free.

In Lekutei Torah - Nitzovim Rosh Hashanah- the Alter Rebbe explains the meaning, beauty and power of Rosh Hashanah. Like the ocean, which is always available for all to enjoy, so too can every person always connect and return, תשובה,  to our loving Father in Heaven.

Every year we are gifted a new opportunity with greater new Divine energy, to start a new beginning. To cleanse our soul and be Royal Children, clean, holy and pure. To be spiritually young and beautiful.

When G-d Created the world over 5783 years ago, there arose in His will a desire to create a world and be a King. To have a personal relationship with every human being. With you personally. He loves you and He wants to be part of every aspect of your life. True love means true unlimited connection. To be partners, united as one in every aspect of life.

In the language of Chassidus, it is the difference between a King vs a Master. מלכותך vs וממשלתך. Kingdom vs Dominion. בחירה vs כח. Free choice vs Force.

The Alter Rebbe explains that G-d wants us to choose Him with our own free will. He desires that you personally Crown Him as your beloved King. He does not want to be a dictator who controls by force and therefore has dominion. Your free will vote is personally important to G-d. His desire to be King also means He wants to take care of you. He has a personal interest in you. Otherwise it’s not a King. It’s a master ruler. By force.

He desires the pleasure of us transforming a dark world into light. Every Mitzvah brings light into the world. We are tasked to build a Royal Garden, a Royal Home, filled with the light of goodness and kindness. A world filled with Torah and Mitzvah, Divine Wisdom. A world of Moshiach. A world of peace and harmony, health, joy and happiness.

But what if we made mistakes, sins etc. and our behavior and conduct during the past year does not entice G-d to want to accept our offer to be our King? The Alter Rebbe explains that this is why we say the words of King David, Psalms 130 ממעמקים קראתיך ה׳, from the depths I call out to you G-d. Life is like the depths of a river. When in need we can fill the river with new water from hidden sources, from the bottom up.

Just like a dried up river, If you dig deep you will uncover fresh wells of waters beneath the earth, which will restore the missing waters, so too, when we dig deep within ourselves, we will uncover a deeper soul relationship with our King and Creator. We then merit that G-d opens new channels which are higher then logic and with His infinite abilities He willingly fills in your missing good deeds.

Your passed mistakes are washed away and new deposits and new credits are applied to your spiritual bank account. It’s as if you never sinned and as if you did all the positive commandments which you were supposed to do. You suddenly have a free deposit made into your spiritual bank account. You miraculously, by the Grace of G-d, become a customer in excellent standing.

The newfound heartfelt depth, reveals your hidden treasures which have new power to erase the old negative passed and supernaturally fill the missing slots of Mitzvahs and good deeds which you missed in the past. You can now make up for lost time and fill, reboot and relaunch your life with a new start and a new happy future. A new year. Filled with youthful vibrancy, enthusiasm and success.

This gives us motivation and inspiration:

You have a once a year golden opportunity on Rosh Hashanah to fill your life with fresh waters of blessings and Divine love and wisdom. Free deposit into your account. You have the opportunity of deleting all the negativity including past sins-mistakes and relaunch yourself. A brand new youthful beautiful person.

As the Rebbe teaches: “Youth is not measured by age but by spirit”.  This Rosh Hashanah you can clean your soul from all stains and from all past “dirt“, transgression and sin. Our loving Father in Heaven is waiting to clean you, brand new, and give you a hug filled with unlimited love.

Rosh Hashanah is the 6th day of Creation. Judaism chooses this day as the Jewish New Year because on this day was the creation of Adam and Eve, the birth of humanity. On Rosh Hashanah celebrate you and your existence. You are fortunate and blessed that G-d chose you and wants to personally take care of you as your beloved King.

This Rosh Hashanah reflect and internalize how the entire cosmic plan of creation depends on you. The beautiful portrait of the world is not complete until you as the artist complete your part, the paint brush is in your hands. Give the world the gift of completing the greatest painting   and art portrait of history.

Share with the world your unique colors, talents and input and together we will celebrate, one united global family, in peace and love with our beloved Father and King sitting with us all at one table. The long awaited feast of Moshiach.

Give yourself and the world the gift of a rejuvenated youthful you this Rosh Hashanah!

3 messages based on the teachings of the Rebbe:

1) In the times of the Holy Temple, every Jew who had a field would bring some of the first fruits and from the first crop of the field to the Temple in Jerusalem in a special ceremony. The Jew would declare "I am not ungrateful".  This was to show our appreciation and gratitude to G-d for all His kindness. The gift of life and all it’s blessings.

The Torah tell us that the fruit must be brought "In front of G-d in Jerusalem". The Midrash says that the Jewish people are like the Bikurim, the first fruit" of the world. This inspires us to remember that every Jew must live their life in a good and productive way and fill their life and mind with the idea that they are always in front of G-d.

Everything you do in life, including eating, sleeping, is permeated with a Moshiach awareness. To make the world a fitting home and shining palace for our Father in Heaven. He enjoys, loves and celebrates, your every good deed, thought and action. Every sincere effort you make is cherished by G-d. Never underestimate your value. The keys to fixing your part of the world are in your hands. Celebrate each moment and fill your time with meaningful success.

2) In our prayers we say the words of king David:
“G-d listen “IN” our voice”. ה׳ שמעה בקולי. We ask our Father in Heaven to listen to the inside of our words. Not just the superficial words and sounds. Our heart is overflowing with emotions and good resolutions, together with a cry because of our past mistakes, to the point where we cannot verbally express our feelings with words.

A pure cry may be the result of feeling hurt and pained I because we sinned and made mistakes. At the core of every Jew is a pristine, unblemished soul with an amazing relationship with G-d. The sound of the Shofar is the pure and holy sweet sound of every Jew. Never be judgmental of a Jew.

We must listen and urgently respond to the silent cry of our fellow Jewish brothers and sisters who are spiritually crying for help. Many Jewish souls in todays modern world are crying and begging to be embraced and be inspired to live a better life. A life of purpose and meaning, Torah and Mitzvah. Let’s not leave any Jewish child behind. Every Jewish child is the beloved prince and princess of the King of the universe. Treat them accordingly.

3) Erev Rosh Hashanah is the Birthday of the third Chabad Rebbe, the Tzemach Tzedek, 5549 - 1789.. The Tzemach Tzedek taught us to be positive "Think Good and it will Be Good". It is a fact. When we "think good" we can change reality.

Never despair and never give up hope. Your positive thinking can truly change the outcome. The Tzemach Tzedek says that if we only knew the power of the words of Psalms תהילים we would never stop saying them. The words of Psalms, pierce the heavens and reach the heavenly throne and achieve their goal.

This Rosh Hashanah please remember to be upbeat and positive. Pray with a sincere heart with awe and happiness  combined, וגילו ברעדה and ask our Father in Heaven for a sweet good year, physically and spiritually. Try to maximize your time by saying as much Psalms - Tehilim  as possible.

One of the Alter Rebbe's aphorisms: We have absolutely no conception how precious to G‑d is the body of a Jew.

Your well-being, your health, physically, spiritually and emotionally are the most important treasure  to our Father in Heaven. You are a priceless gem. The pupil of His eye. Rosh Hashanah is a time to reflect and implement a new plan with new goals, with commitment and youthful enthusiasm. Do it for yourself and for your loved ones. You have unlimited potential, so cash it in!

Wishing you,
May you be written and sealed for a happy healthy sweet new year!
