Souls Spirituality & Happiness

The soul and spirit of a person is what gives a person life. The soul is eternal. Nothing can destroy the soul. Since the soul is not a physical object, it always continues to exist. Even after the passing of a person, the soul continues to live on forever. To be alive is to have the soul inside the body. It is the harmony of body and soul which animates and gives life to every human being.

In Torah Or -Bshalach- the Alter Rebbe explains that although we cannot physically touch the soul, nevertheless if we move a person’s right hand which will cause the person to physically move right, we simultaneously move the soul within the person. The soul inside the body of the person will automatically also move to the right. The soul is united as one with the body.

The Alter Rebbe uses this idea to illustrate how every time we do a Divine commandment, such as giving charity etc. in reality within the physical action and “body“ of the Mitzvah resides the holy Divine presence.
As the Zohar teaches us that the Divine commandments are metaphorically compared to Divine limbs, which corresponds to each of the human beings body limbs. Therefore, at that moment we cause the Divine infinite existence of the Creator to “invest and embody“ Himself into our Mitzvah and action which “moves” G-d to the “right” side (חסד) which is kindness.

Every time we conquer and control our temptations, we display inner “strength”, which as explained in Kabbalah and Chassidus corresponds to the “left” side which is (גבורה) Divine strength and restraint. Therefore we cause G-d to use “strength“ and restrain harshness and negative energy from affecting us.

In Ethics of Our Fathers we learn “who is a strong person? One who conquers his negative inclination”. True “strength“, restraint and “muscle” is not defined by how many pounds and weights one can lift, rather true strength is defined by strength of character. Self control and self discipline.

We each have the power to affect positive change in the Divine energy which flows to us.

We can cause more kindness (חסד) to flow to us, by doing a Mitzvah which causes the Divine energy of kindness (חסד) of the “right” side to flow to us. We can also cause (גבורה) the Divine energy of “strength” and judgment” (גבורה) to stop flowing to us by performing a Mitzvah which requires us to use “strength” and “judgment” (גבורה) of self control and self discipline.

This gives us motivation and inspiration:

We can always increase positive good energy to flow to us and we can always cause the restraint of negative energy. We can stop negativity, judgment  and harshness from flowing to us.

We are blessed and fortunate that our loving Father in Heaven gives us the tools for how to bring about the energy which we wish for ourselves and our loved ones. He gives us 613 tools and commandants with which we can choose our desired outcome and results.

Every good deed, every Mitzvah you do, automatically brings you Divine blessings. The more you do the more goodness and blessings you have!

Your destiny, happiness and Divine energy are in your hands.
Smart investors invest wisely.

3 messages based on the teachings of the Rebbe:

1) Mistakes of the past do not define your future. Since G-d graciously renews the world every moment anew, therefore even if we metaphorically “destroyed“ our world, we always have, at every moment, a brand new world. We always have a new opportunity to start new.

2) It is our obligation to love every Jew unconditionally. Every Jew deserves the status of a “Kosher Jew“. Even if we see a Jew who is not conducting themselves correctly, we can inspire them with “a fiery speech“. It is up to us to share words from our heart and inspire and help them to become a better person.
We do not have the right to judge another Jew. Share your heartfelt words of inspiration with your fellow Jew and you will inspire them to live a better life filled with joy, meaning and happiness.

3) Every person who is born in this time of history is a member of the “7th” generation. The generation of the Rebbe. We are all partners in finalizing the ultimate revelation of G-d in our physical world.

Moshiach is on the way!
We are partners in healing the world and to hasten the revelation of Moshiach and making this world a happy, healthy and beautiful Royal Garden for G-d. You are blessed and fortunate to be handpicked and chosen to be a partner in the cosmic plan of creation. Celebrate with sincere gratitude, joy and happiness.
