Leadership Freedom & Passover Inspiration

The Rebbe!

Two words which evoke powerful emotions. After the Holocaust, the Rebbe single-handedly successfully led a global Jewish renaissance and brought Jewish pride, Jewish observance and Jewish identity to the four corners of the earth.

The Rebbe is the only one in history who established and founded more then 4000 Chabad House centers for Jewish life and an army of countless followers and Shluchim emissaries who selflessly serve the Jewish community around the globe. With unconditional love for every Jew.

It is all thanks to The Rebbe!

In Lekutei Torah -Tzav- the Alter Rebbe explains the mystical meanings of the Passover miracle of splitting the sea. Dry land symbolizes the revealed reality. The waters of the oceans represent the concealed and hidden reality. Passover we celebrate our potential to “split the sea” and discover the hidden beauty and rich meaning of life.

In virtually every talk of The Rebbe, you can hear this underlying message. You personally have the ability to maximize your talents and your potential.  You can reach for the sky, you can accomplish anything in which you truly invest your G-d given infinite potential. Yes. You can split “the sea”.

Today more then ever, including modern technology, we can harness these new unprecedented opportunities and “split the sea”. We can uncover the hidden treasures which were covered within ourselves and within every human being. You are a priceless treasure. You are an ambassador of the infinite Creator and you have infinite potential.

In all of the Rebbe’s teachings one sees how The Rebbe tirelessly encourages each of us to be the best you can be. Like a loving father, The Rebbe keeps on encouraging us and motivating us to enthusiastically change the world. We should never give up and never be stuck in small minded thinking. Think big. You can do it. Always continue to grow.

Jewish mysticism explains that a Rebbe is the spiritual head and brain of the generation. Just like in the human body, it is the brain which provides the life force to the entire body, so too, beginning with Moses, does the Rebbe of every generation provide the life force and all the blessings which come from heaven to every person.

Every week culminates with the holiest day of the week, the seventh day of Shabbos. So too will all of history culminate with the eternal day of Shabbos and Moshiach.

TheRebbe publicly stated on numerous occasions that our generation is the seventh generation since the Alter Rebbe. We will be the fortunate and blessed generation to complete the final touches and bring about a world of universal peace and harmony, a world of Divine reality. A world without sickness, jealousy, war or hunger.

Every good deed which was done throughout history, is being accumulated by our loving Father in Heaven. We will imminently reach the final action and good deed which will tip the global scales and bring about the long awaited Jewish dream into a tangible reality.

Moshiach Is On His Way!

We all need you. Be the best you can be. Bring light, love and warmth into the world. Do one more additional action of goodness and kindness and you will be an eternal partner in bringing about a world of joy and happiness for all of humanity. Your good deed will shine brightly for eternity with the coming of Moshiach Now!

3 messages based on the teachings of the Rebbe:

1) In the Passover Seder Haggadah, the wise son, is next to the wicked son. But why does the wise son have to deal with the wicked son as his neighbor all night? The answer is because the wicked son earned his seat at the family table. The wicked son is not apathetic. He comes to the Jewish family table and argues, protests and debates. He cares about Jewish tradition and Jewish customs.

Because the wicked son is not apathetic and he shows up at the family Seder table, therefore he deserves that the wise son should answer his questions and satisfy his curious mind. This way, at the end of the Seder night, the wise son will successfully transform the wicked son into a wise and proud member of the Jewish people.

2) Believe in yourself. Freedom means to live in a state of mind where you are not afraid to actualize your beliefs, your values and your faith in G-d. For this reason, we are commanded to remember our exodus of Egypt every day of our life. Because Egypt represents all pressures and limitations which keep us from being the true beautiful person you were created to be. Live with freedom.

3) The greatest pain to any parent is to see their child confused and lost in life. Our loving Father in Heaven is hurting because so many of His children are spiritually confused and lost. Their soul is desperately crying for somebody to reach out and help them with their Jewish identity. We must never ignore the cry of a child.

This Passover, reach out to every Jewish child you know who has nowhere to be for the Passover Seders or is lacking the handmade Shmurah Matzoh for the Passover Seders.

Like Moses in his time, you can be the loving shepherd, who lovingly cares for each one of his flock and makes sure that no child is left behind. Your smile and your kind invitation can transform a Jewish life and all future generations.
