Souls Marriage & Reincarnation

Stories of Jewish heroism and self sacrifice, fill the pages of Jewish history. Philosophers throughout the ages tried to understand the mystery and mystique of the Jew. Chabad philosophy teaches that the bond between the soul of a Jew and our loving Father in Heaven is unparalleled, unbreakable and unique.

In Torah Or -Megilas Esther- the Alter Rebbe explains why Mordechei is called Yehudi איש יהודי which comes from the name of the tribe of Yehuda. Yet the Megillah clearly states that Mordechei was from the tribe of Benjamin. ״איש ימיני״.

The Alter Rebbe explains that Mordechei and Haman represent two opposite forces. Mordechei represents total faith and submission to G-d, whereas Haman who was a descendent of Amalek, represents ego, arrogance and defiance of G-d. Haman was selfishly focused exclusively on himself. Mordechei on the other hand personifies ביטול, selflessness, submission, dedication and is exclusively focused on fulfilling the will of G-d.

Mordechei is therefore called Yehudi. Because the Hebrew origin of the name Yehudi is Yehuda. Which means to be thankful, gratitude. הפעם אודה את ה׳. To recognize that everything we have, comes exclusively from G-d, every detail of life is Divine Providence. The essence of the soul of every Jew is One with G-d. Nothing can weaken the bond of the essence of the Jew with G-d.

It was the holy influence of Mordechei which kept the Jewish people from even considering the option of abandoning their Jewish identity in order to save their life. Mordechei was the leader and Rebbe of his generation, therfore his soul nurtured the proud and unshakable faith of all the Jews in the One G-d of Israel.

The Jews recognized that the entire world is only an expression of Divine energy. Without the Creator the world has no existence. G-d and reality are One.

This gives us motivation and inspiration:

One should never feel that past mistakes somehow caused a disruption or a weakness in our faith, connection and bond with G-d. We are always inspired by the fact that our essence and our soul is always One with G-d. Nothing can shake or break our eternal bond and relationship with G-d.

We must never allow anybody to be condescending to any Jew. Because every Jew and G-d are uniquely and eternally One. On the deepest level, every Jew is willing to sacrifice their life in order to maintain their eternal bond with G-d. This is uniquely Jewish. G-d and the Jew are One. No other nation has this strong bond in their DNA.

Love your fellow Jew unconditionally. G-d is One with every Jew!

3 messages based on the teachings of the Rebbe:

1) Jewish pride is key to Jewish continuity.  Assimilation and a Jewish inferiority complex come from a lack of Jewish pride. We must inspire and educate every Jewish child to be happy and proud of their Jewishness. To celebrate and appreciate being a descendant of our holy Patriarchs and Matriarchs. Non Jews are respectful of Jews who are proudly Jewish.

2) Reincarnation as explained in Chabad Chassidus and Kabbalah, can happen when a soul passes away and has not fully lived a Torah and Mitzvah life like a Jew. The soul may possibly be reincarnated and sent back down to return to earth again in a new body, in order to complete the mission of their soul. Share the wisdom and mysticism of Judaism, especially with the young generation. All the wisdoms of the world, come from Judaism.

3) Shabbat is a time when we can more easily rise above the limitations of nature, tune in and personally experience the beautiful and unlimited energy of Shabbat. A taste of Moshiach. Shabbat represents the eternal marriage of the Jew and G-d. Now, just before Moshiach, the Saten שטן and the forces of impurity and evil, including their human proxies, seek to break marriages in order to delay Moshiach.

Destruction can be done by animals too. Saving a marriage is to be human. It is the biggest Mitzvah מצוה הכי גדולה. One must do absolutely everything possible to save a marriage. It effects a person in this world and in the world to come.

Tap into your soul’s infinity, your true identity. Maximize your infinite potential and actualize the purpose for which your soul came down into your physical body in our physical world. This will bring you lasting happiness and hasten the time of Moshiach. A world without illness, war or jealousy. A world of peace, happiness and eternal celebration.
