Success Children & 10 Commandmants
We all want to enjoy life. Virtually in every kind of relationship, we hope to receive the best and most enjoyable possible. Chabad Chassidus explains that the secret to successfully receiving the most is by first, giving more than what is expected. Going the extra mile to help another.
In Lekutei Torah -Bamidbar- the Alter Rebbe explains that the primary point of Jewish Prayer is not to ask but to give. To sincerely be devoted to our loving Father In Heaven and to do for Him beyond our comfort zone. מסירת הרצון. To be willing to give away our personal will, our personal desires and instead commit ourselves to actualizing His will and His desire.
The Alter Rebbe sums this up in 3 words. “למסור נפשו באחד״. To surrender our will to the One and Only. When we recite the holy prayer of Shma Yisroel, we should focus on surrendering ourselves in the word of אחד. One. We should recognize and appreciate that our personal life is in order to serve the Creator.
This is part of the the secret success of the Jewish people.
Before the Ten Commandments were given to the Jewish people at Mount Sinai, G-d offered the Torah to every nation of the world, but they all refused the offer. But when G-d asked the Jewish people if they want the Torah, they responded in one voice: נעשה ונשמע. “We will do and we will hear”. First we committed to action and only then did we ask to hear the explanation!

A Jew is a soldier in the Army of Hashem. A soldier asks “what” not “why”. When G-d saw the Jews response of Action First, He then crowned every Jew with two crowns. He unlocked His secret vaults and treasures. The Jewish people are His eternal beloved Wife. His eternal beloved only child. We must show our children by example how to be selfless not selfish. First we do and only then do we ask questions.
Joy and happiness of every relationship depend on this simple but profound secret. First give and go out of your way for the other and then you will receive more then you have asked for. You will receive the Crowns of Royalty.
This gives us motivation, and Inspiration:
You have the secret key in your hands. Give generously and sincerely. Go the extra mile. Go beyond your comfort zone. Give to others with a full and sincere heart. Give more then is expected and you will be blessed to enjoy lasting joy and happiness.
As we prepare to celebrate the holiday of Shvuos, the anniversary of the 10 Commandments which we recieved more then 3300 years ago, together with receiving the Torah at Mount Sinai, let us reaffirm our commitment to our children, to our G-d and to our people.
The Rebbe asks us to ensure that every Jew is present in Synagogue when we read the 10 Commandments. Including men, women, and children and even infants. “Our children are our guarantors”. When we commit beyond the call of duty, then we receive blessings beyond our imagination.
Be a smart Invester: The more you give the more you will receive!
3 messages based on the teachings of the Rebbe:
1) When G-d spoke the words of the Ten Commandments in the mountainous desert at Mount Sinai, there was no echo. This was contrary to the laws of nature. Large mountains, cause a large echo effect. An echo happens when the voice and sound is rejected by the mountains. But the words of G-d penetrated and permeated every physical existence.
This explains what the Talmud says that there was an elderly Sage who extracted knowledge from the “stick - cane” of Rabbi Meir. This elderly sage knew how to extract the knowledge which the stick heard and absorbed while Rabbi Meir studied Torah.
Everything we do transforms the physical object we are working with into an object permeated with holiness. Your prayer, your Torah study and your good deeds are literally changing the world.

2) Helping your fellow Jew is the sweetest gift to our loving Father In Heaven. There is no greater pleasure for a father than seeing his children, loving and helping each other. Be extra kind to the children of G-d and He will be extra kind to you. Love a fellow Jew and G-d will show His love to you.
3) Investors smartly think ahead. They look for the rewards of the future. G-d invested in us. He gave us His most precious treasure, the Torah. When we utilize our opportunity of living with the light of Torah and Mitzvah, we become partners with G-d and we merit to share the eternal Moshiach rewards of peaceful joy, Divine wisdom and eternal happiness.
Moshiach is the reason why G-d invested in Creation. Be smart and maximize your opportunity now so that you will be blessed with a life of eternal blessings.
Moshiach Is On The Way. The time is now. Everything is now freely available for you to become a Divine partner. Do a Mitzvah now and enjoy the reward of all the blessings your heart desires, forever, in good health, peace and Divine wisdom.
