Opportunities Life & Rejuvenating
Modern culture is always looking for ways for people of all ages to be youthful. People want to turn the clock back, sometimes more successfully then others.
In Lekutei Torah -Pinchas- the Alter Rebbe explains how in Judaism we are blessed with the gift to always successfully turn the clock back and rejuvenate.
We can always go back in time and repair our spiritual past. By doing a new Mitzvah now we can always allow our soul to be infused with new vitality. New good energy.
The Alter Rebbe explain that when a person’s soul returns to Heaven at the end of their mission of life in the physical world, they no longer have free choice to repair their negative deeds and their negative energy. But as long as a person is alive they have free choice to repair the negative past.
The moment you do a Mitzvah you add more positivity and good energy to your soul. The light of Torah illuminates your soul. The more Mitzvahs you do the more eternal reward you have, the more happy you will be.
This gives us motivation and inspiration:
Every moment of life is an opportunity of a life time. Time is precious. Every moment is a new opportunity to acquire eternal riches and wealth.
We are blessed with the opportunity to inspire the young generation with a love and enthusiasm for being kind and doing good deeds. The young generation is eagerly waiting for a positive word of inspiration and motivation.
Do a Mitzvah. Help a young child do a Mitzvah and you will feel rejuvenated.
Every child deserves unconditional love.
3 messages based on the teachings of the Rebbe:
1) The 3 weeks leading up to Tisha B’av are a special time to focus on the Mitzvah of Love Your Fellow Jew As Yourself”. Jerusalem and the Temple were destroyed because of a lack of love amongst the Jewish people. During the 3 weeks one should increase their daily Charity giving and daily Torah study, especially all aspects of Torah which relate to the Holy Temple, including Ezekiel and Maimonedes.
2) Hospitals should be referred to as a place of healing. Not a place for the sick. One should always keep a positive perspective. There is no room for despair. G-d empowers the physician to heal. We are all in the hands of our loving Father in Heaven. Always look to find the positive, with hope and with Trust in the Creator.
3) All you must do is to try your best. Life is not a competition to outdo somebody else. The Talmud teaches us that a person should say “I was created only for the purpose to serve my Creator”. As long as you are doing your sincere best then you are living a full life. Maximize your time and you will be filled with joy and happiness.
